Step 1: Shake the bottle well before each use.
Step 2: Hold the spray at a distance of 10 to 15 cm from clean, dry skin.
Step 3: Apply a sufficient amount (2 mg per cm² of skin) 30 minutes before sun exposure.
Step 4: Reapply every 2 hours when in direct sunlight, and always after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
Step 5: Use three times daily: morning, noon, and afternoon.

Pro Tips:
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Rinse thoroughly with water if contact occurs.
• Do not apply on broken or highly sensitive skin.
• Use alongside sunglasses and a hat for optimal protection outdoors.
