Dermamelan Treatment is the home-phase depigmenting cream of the dermamelan® method, the intensive medical protocol for stubborn hyperpigmentation and melasma. Applied daily after the in-clinic phase, it continuously acts on the mechanisms responsible for pigment formation, reducing existing dark spots, regulating melanin overproduction and preventing their reappearance in the long term. Its concentrated formula combines depigmenting, renewing and antioxidant actives for a progressively clearer, more uniform and brighter complexion.

Step 1: Apply one press of Dermamelan Treatment to clean, dry skin, morning and evening, avoiding the eye contour.

Step 2: Follow with Melan Recovery Balm three times daily: morning, midday and evening.

Step 3: Massage gently until fully absorbed.

Step 4: During the day, always finish with Mesoprotech Melan 130 Pigment Control SPF 50+.

  • Follow the phase schedule set by the professional exactly; broad-spectrum sun protection is mandatory.
  • If tightness or discomfort appears, increase Melan Recovery applications.
