How to Use:
Step 1: Shake well before use.
Step 2: Apply a sufficient amount (2 mg per cm² of skin) to clean, dry skin 30 minutes before sun exposure.
Step 3: Ensure even coverage across all exposed areas.
Step 4: Reapply every 2 hours during direct sun exposure, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
Step 5: Use three times daily: morning, noon, and afternoon.

Pro Tips:
• Using less than the recommended amount reduces the level of sun protection.
• Wear sunglasses and a protective hat for additional defense.
• Avoid sun exposure between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. when UV radiation is strongest.
